Building a website is like eating an elephant - do it one bite at a time.
Are you currently knee deep in page 7 of Google trying to figure out how to build your own damn website? And seconds away from chucking your computer out the window?
I feel you. I’ve been a designer for 20 years and I even feel that way sometimes. I can imagine how frustrating it is for you if you’re just dipping your toes into the website building universe.
Building a website can be an overwhelming project, especially if you’re on your own and managing every aspect of your business yourself. You probably have no idea where to start or even how to start, right? I’ve been there before with myself and with my clients.
I want you to know that it’s not as scary as it seems, and you’re definitely not in this alone. Through my work with all different types of clients in all different stages of business, I’ve developed 6 steps that take the fear out of building a website – and actually turns it into a fun and enjoyable process (no, for real).
The rest of the blog posts in this series will outline each step of this process. Once you read all six, you’ll feel much more confident about taking on your website build.
When you have such a giant leap to make, sometimes that first step is the hardest to take. Instead, take a small step forward and click here to get reading.
Take a deep breath. YOU’VE GOT THIS!
