Overview

Good Trouble Collaborative, an action-oriented group of marketing experts, works tirelessly to create innovative social impact campaigns; with big ideas and a limited budget, they needed a simple yet refined website to broadcast their work.

The foundation of Good Trouble Collaborative is change and ambition. They came to me needing a website that met both their budget needs and their goals. As always, we want to avoid the back-and-forth spiral that can often happen during the design phase. This trap will cause decision fatigue, takes unnecessary time, and bloats the budget. To avoid this trap this time, we focused on clear communication from the get-go. Because of that, I was really able to hear them and their needs so we could hit the design mark quickly.

We started by expanding upon an informational deck they provided and then created a basic brand identity. To stay within budget, we designed a single-page website that was robust enough to contain everything that was important to them.

The entire website’s theme is showcasing Good Trouble’s powerful creativity – in their movement, their mission, and their communication. We made the most of a small budget to create a hub for the organization’s work, maximizing every resource and dollar we had.
